Description of incident:
in incident in the data center has resulted in a performance issue with files.auckland.ac.nz, AKA SONAS or your H: drive
Teaching and drop in labs are slow or completely unresponsive, files located in your H: drive are also inaccessible.

Support Staff Contacted And Actions Taken:
ITS infrastructure teams and the relevant vendor support teams are on site

- Services all restored, reports that files.fos.auckland.ac.nz may also have been impacted are being reviewed.
- ITS report SONAS is back to normal operation with all required tests passed. At this point ITS are monitoring to ensure the system remains stable.
- ITS report this as their highest priority and hope to have this resolved soon
